Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

Have all original tags attached.

Be in its original packaging.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
To request a return, please contact us at mon.persona.aus@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at mon.persona.aus@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll assess the situation and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If the issue is confirmed, we'll arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please submit a return request first. Once your return has been approved and received, you can place a new order for your preferred item, subject to availability.
This helps us keep inventory accurate and ensures your replacement order is processed as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once your order has entered processing or has been been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at mon.persona.aus@gmail.com. While we'll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee cancellation once order fulfilment has begun.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must:

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
